ACCCA Communications-Another Great Member Benefit!

The Association's publications are designed to link members at every level. Whether you've been an ACCCA member for many years or are a brand new administrator seeking information to help you advance, you're sure to find helpful information through ACCCA's publications.

Clearly written and informative, our publications present timely and pertinent information to our members and are reflective of the Association's professional image throughout the state.

The Monthly Newsletter

The monthly newsletter of the Association is published in two formats: a printed quarterly edition that is circulated in September, December, March and June; and an electronic version that is emailed to members eight times a year (July, August, October, November, January, February, April and May). A publication calendar for the newsletter including deadline dates for submission of material and advertising is available through the ACCCA Office.

The newsletter accepts advertising for its four printed editions, and provides links on the web site for its corporate members. If you're a member whose campus is in partnership with private business, urge your business colleagues to contact ACCCA regarding our display advertising rates. The ACCCA newsletter and web site are two of the most direct and inexpensive ways for them to take their messages to administrators in the California Community Colleges.

Editorially, our newsletter publicizes the positive individual achievements of all ACCCA members, such as their promotions, academic honors and professional awards as well as interesting community service they have performed. We also report the "good news" happening on the 108 campuses statewide. If you're an ACCCA member you should plan to utilize the ACCCA newsletter as a way to share your college's achievements with your peers. Be sure to send ACCCA your college press releases and make sure ACCCA is on your PIO's mailing list!

We welcome submissions to the newsletter. Our motto is "news you can USE", so contact us with yours!
